This song was originally sung by Sudhir Phadke, who also set it to tune. This was at the time of the foundation day of Vishawa Hindu Parishad on Krishna Janmashtami in 1964. The present version is sung by Shreerang Bhave and the music was arranged by Kamlesh Bhadkamkar. It was recited on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
