More than 100 medical students supported Anna's
campaign and participated in today's morcha. We feel strongly about how corruption
is weakening the society. This is kranti (revolution). We have got azaadi
but not basic rights. There is a need for a bill in favour of the common man
- Pratik Wagh | Grant Medical College Student
It was a conscious decision to come for the
morcha. Corruption has seeped everywhere and government departments, including
the railways, are no different. I feel that the Jan Lokpal bill should be
strong enough to take stringent action against those taking bribes
- SK Shrivastava | Railway Employee
I have taken part in three agitations in Maharashtra
before but I've never seen such response as today's. It reminds me of the
pre-Independence days when Mahatma Gandhi could mobilize lakhs across the
country with a single call
- M Subhash | Senior Citizen
One should not think that we culminated our
morcha at Juhu. This is just the beginning of a struggle against corruption.
People will come in larger numbers to support Anna in coming days. The momentum
is just building up
- Rajkumar Gupta | Activist
Corruption has left many behind in our country.
For college admissions or for securing jobs, there is a demand for bribes
or donations. Unless you grease someone's palm you can't get anything done
- Gautam Vashi | Engineer
