20. If the issue of conversions is to deal with the attitude of the churches, why is the Christian community being targeted?
It is wrong to say that the Christians are being targeted. The theological
issue is being addressed to the churches. Unfortunately, they do not respond.
Except for one missionary, no one has been killed in the recent attacks.
There has been no wanton attacks on the community. Secular property of Christians
have not been damaged. Also, one has to see that there has been a lot of
provocation. Unfortunately, most of the Christian laity do not wish to address
this issue, and they refuse to forcefully admit that conversions do create
social tensions.
