Interferences in other nations' activities has been defined in varied ways, is known by many names. Foreign policies of certain nations occasionally, seem to have sort of sting and spite towards others. Besides that, interferences in the internal matters of other nations during recent times, seem to have taken a new form.
Policies adopted, specially by the USA are such that, as if USA has the overall monopoly to manage and run the workings of the whole world. No efforts are spared by them if it is in their own interests or beneficial to their selfish motives. But if the same policy-activities are being followed by other nations, then those are constructed to be violation of the Human Rights and are seen to be going against the RELIGIOUS rights of the minorities.
Couple of such incidents, very minor took place in India during last year and the media had blown them out-of-proportion giving them high profile importance. A small speck was magnified and presented as a huge mountain, so to say. The American Senate appointed a committee to look into the matter.
Last September, a report was presented by the committee in which it has mentioned that "some extremist group" that had connections with the Bharatiya Janata party was involved in the said incidents. This gist that was arrived at can be very dangerous and serious as it accuses the Party in power to have connections with an extremist group.
When an explanation was asked for as to which particular extremist group it meant and how those in the said group were connected with the said violent incidents; the American Authorities have not been able to give any explanation and it seems that they do not have any moral guts to do so.
India has a history that clearly reflects that it has never ever attacked any other nation. We do not interfere in the internal matters of other nations nor do we support in any way directly or indirectly, any kind of violence or destructive activities. There is not a single incident where India has ever interfered in the internal matters of any neighbouring nation or has nay involvement or connections with any coup in other nation.
By keeping 'mum' and not coming out with any explanation, the USA invites criticism of its policies by other nations. It is but natural that the people of India are stunned by the accusation levelled against their country. That's why an explanation is being sought to name the extremist group so that, a sitting with the group can be arranged and the slandering of the nation can be stopped.
But there is no reply coming from the USA. This is not the first time that the prejudice that was entertained by the USA against India has come to light. During 1971, refugee problem from Bangladesh, the White House took a stand that was anti-India. Indian Continent's peace efforts are time and again failing due to such faulty policy and undue interference.
No problem can be solved with violence nor there can be any hope for doing so. India and the USA, both are democratic nations but inspite of that, again and again differences between them have come to light. If the misunderstandings between them are eradicated with pure clean hearts, both can come nearer, that's certain.
Co-operation from all is needed to establish stability and peace in the Indian Continent. This is very much necessary for the world as a whole. When Indian culture and tradition give importance to peace and dialogue, it is of high importance that the American foreign policy echoes the right tune, as it is in their own interests.
India is a nation with many cultures
and religions. Hence, a small negligible incident taking place there should
not be defined as destructive or extremism. The world has to fight on many
fronts like, poverty, diseases, unemployment, exploitation, injustice etc.
At such a moment, it is necessary that there is a sense of amity and understanding
and ever nation's duty it is to create the right atmosphere for that. America-the
USA cannot be an exception to it.
