Congress leader held for aiding Pak spy

In a major development, the district police arrested a  Congress leader identified as Naziruddin alias Neta Nazir, a  resident of Begumpurva, on charges of aiding Pakistan army regular  Mohd Anwar alias Ikramuddin.

The police were of the view that the Congress leader helped the  Pakistani spy in providing fake transfer certificates (TCs-1974)  in the name of Geeta Gyan Mandir School, Chandari.

The Congress leader had told the police earlier, that Mohd Anwar  alias Ikramuddin was a permanent resident of Begumpurva and had  been living in the area for the last couple of years.
