One of America's 25-billion Dollar constellation of satellites
did spot preparation for India's nuclear tests on Monday, six
hours before the event, but the CIA did not issue an alert, The
Washington Post reported today quoting "several sources." The
reason for the failure was that the analysts responsible for
alerting their superiors, who, in turn, would have told Clinton,
did not expect the tests and were asleep at the time, for it was
night time, The Post said.
