The Law and Order in Kodingaiyur
- a place near chennai - is slowly slipping away from Police Control. Lots
of people from a particular Minority religion have been relocating to this
place. When police arrested people under petty crimes, their investigation
uncovered links between these criminals and Mumbai Underworld, Kashmir
Terrorists and Afghanistan. The Local Police stop their investigations
after this point. The Police now fear transfers to this station. Also,
the foreign Terrorists have chosen Kodungaiyur for the following reasons.
It is surrounded by Canals and is not easily accesible to the Police. Also
the Andhra State border is just 20Kms away. Since it is a different state
there are bureaucratic hassles and hence easy to escape. The police have
suspicions that is might be part of a master plan.
