Even the Congress leaders are confused by the method of working of PM Manmohan singh. He does not meet the political leaders. He does not discuss on political matters nor he takes political decisions. Parliament House was witnessing heated discussions for nearly 1 week. But Manmohan Singh was not ready to speak on this subject. He has involved himself completely in meetings with officers and disposing of the files. One story which is making round of the Parliament is :
Why the PM took so much time to tell Shibu Soren to resign? One leader asked him this question. He replied, "I knew that everyday demand for his resignation was being made in the Parliament, but what could I do. I did not get the concerned file. How can I take any decision?" Who can tell him no file is made on such matters.

Floods are playing havoc in Bihar.
Hundreds are dead and lakhs are homeless. But Lalu Prasad was calm. Journalists
asked him about the seriousness of the flood situation. He replied, "By
this flood, one way, the poor people have been benefited. In these waters
of flood, there are tasty fish too. Generally, poor cannot get them to
eat. Only rich people enjoly them. With the flood waters, these fish have
entered in the houses of poor. Due to this, the flood situation has benefited
the poor." The Journalists were speechless before this devastating logic.
