Sir,
The controversial CM of Chattisgarh Ajit P K Jogi is in the midst of another fraudulent case. The national commission for SC and ST has categorically stated Mr. Jogi "does not belong to the scheduled tribe" but fraudulently enjoying the benefits out of it. His life seems to full of controversies.
He was said to be District Magistrate of Indore in 1986. The CBI had suspected that he might be spying. His house was raided. The enforcing authorities had sought permission from the then CM of MP Mr. Motilal Vora to arrest him. It was said at that juncture Ms. Sonia being wife of the then PM Rajiv Gandhi had rescued him by putting pressure on Mr. Vora not to give permission. Mr.Jogi was made to resign from his post under mysterious circumstances in June, 1986. His resignation was accepted hurriedly and was made member of Rajya Saba within 15 days - so powerful was Ms. Sonia those days! His uncompromising loyalty towards Sonia is understandable. He is a converted Christian.
He was born and brought up in a Satanami caste family. This does not come under scheduled tribe. He misused his position in legal fields and obtained false caste certificate to claim that he belonged to Kanwar community, which comes under ST category. Later he contested election in reserved constituency using the false caste certificate.
Recently in a silent midnight he had clandestinely shifted her daughter's buried body from MP to Chettisgarh for unknown reason. He had involved too much in Balco privatization issue. He had projected himself as union leader later he took U-turn leaving the workers in lurch. He had challenged union government on Balco issue. He had virtually declared war on NDA government just to keep Ms. Sonia in delighted mood.
Now he has criticized the ST&SC commission for its categorical statement on his fraudulently obtained caste certificate. He could have approached court of law instead of criticizing the judicial system. It is said that on verification of the relevant records the additional tehsildar had cancelled his application claiming to be belonged to Kanwar community on April 8. 1977. Now for Ms. Sonia there is no option but to replace her most trusted CM of Chettisgarh immediately. Will she do it?
