India has been listed along with the US and Israel as potential
target by world's most wanted terrorist Osama bin Laden who has
reportedly rebuilt his 'terrorist universities' and is about to
launch a new international terror campaign, Sunday Times
reported.

The paper quoted a senior Harkat commander as saying hundreds of
new terrorists had already been trained. The reporters of the
paper who visited bin Laden's camp on the Pak-Afghan border said
"his men were being drilled at each base. Classroom poster
depict men with AK-47s standing before burning American, Israeli
and Indian flags".

The paper said most of the recruits in the camps at Khwaja
Mastoon Ghudai and Sati Kundan near the Pak-Afghan border were
mostly from Pakistan, POK and Kashmir Vafiey.

Quoting Pakistani intelligence sources, Times said, "The
training of Islamic radicals have been fully reactivated inside
Afghanistan. We believe bin Laden may use Ramadan month as the
starting point for new operations".

Times said there were widespread fears that bin Laden's
organisation Al Qaida maybe about to send terror squads on
missions to bomb American targets in Middle-East - a risk which
had increased with the new Anglo-American military campaign
against Iraq which ended last night. The report said bin Laden
is said to have told a senior member of the ruling extremist
Taliban militia that Al Qaida' was 'preparing to act'.
