It is difficult to believe as Islamic terrorists
are getting state patron in our country but unfortunately it is true. Last
month when Mumbai police recovered huge cache of arms and ammunitions from
some small towns and cities of Maharashtra like Aurangabad and Malegaon, anti
terrorist squad also disclosed premises of three MLA's were used by these
terrorists to hide and stay.
All three MLA's belong to ruling parties of
State and each of them is from minority community. They are reportedly Shaikh
Rashid Haji Shaikh Shafi, a Congress MLA from Malegaon, Shaikh Abdul Sattar
Nabi, a Congress MLC from Sillod, and Fowzia Khan, an NCP MLC from Parbhani.
Similarly government of the most populated state of India in its secret act
provided a big favour to an Islamic militant organisation which is under scanner
of intelligence agencies for its goal and past record of violent activities.
Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI),
known fundamentalist Islamic organisation whose proximity with goal of global
Islamic jehad is no secret to anyone. SIMI from time to time had rendered
its open support to the Al-Qaeda and its chief Osama bin Laden. In ongoing
tussle of Muslim votes between ruling Samajwadi party and Congress party SP
tried to make early lead with its counterpart Congress as it managed the surrender
of state SIMI chief Mohd. Aamir in case of Kanpur riots case which is known
as March 16 riots. Mohd Aamir is most wanted person for intelligence agencies
and whose catch would always be a dream catch. He has serious charges of treason
and masterminding Kanpur riots of 16 March. But all thanks to government of
Uttar Pradesh that Aamir was given privilege to spent a night in police hospitality
before surrendering on 25 April.
In the end, man who spent last year in a terror
sanctuary in Bangladesh was allowed to be slipped in a barrack of Kanpur jail.
Two other notorious Islamic faces one district SIMI president Salman Ahmed
and other Hizbul Mujahidin militant Mohd. Zubair secured bail and dissappeared.
The surrender was first planned in March when state government showed sign
to go soft on SIMI. Aamir was told to get in touch with some political leaders
who in turn left it to the police to finalise the modalities of surrender.
After June 1 attack on RSS headquarter attack terrorists are getting all possible
support from SIMI to execute their plan. Intelligence agencies have several
times talked openly about existence of sleeper cells in India of Pakistan
based global jehadi organisations Lashker and Harakat-ul-jehadi-Islami. SIMI
is an active Islamic organisation which recruits young Muslims in these terrorists
organisations and send them to Pakistan and Bangladesh for training.
Before this naked truth political parties
do not have much space to justify their deeds. Except of Hindustan Times no
other newspaper tried to go into the details of surrender of SIMI state head.
When our political parties and analysts never tired of giving clean chit to
local Muslims as not part of global Islamic jehad, probe of some terrorist
attacks of last one year do not vindicate their feel good factor. In July
last year when Islamic terrorists tried to blow up premises of Ram Temple,
further probe established that terrorist were supported by Indian Muslims
from Delhi to Akbarpur very near to Ayodhya. Finally STF of UP arrested one
Muslim medical doctor of Delhi in connection to Ram temple attack, who confessed
to STF of his moral and physical support to terrorists who were trying to
take revenge of demolition of Babri structure.
Another big instance of home grown terrorism
came in light when Mumbai police foiled an attempt to use Haj House of Mumbai
for major terrorist attacks in some parts of India. Police arrested Imam Haji
Gulam Hassan Yahi with 11 other jehadis from Mumbai Haj House. They were arrested
with terrorist documents with strategic plan for exploding buildings, bridges
and temples. Haji Yahi was incharge of storing explosives, AK 47, AK 45, AK
54, RDX and PETN explosives. Police found several satellite phones kept at
the Haj House. Along with Haji Yahi, Police arrested Khurshid Ahmed, Arshad
Ahmed Badreu, and Haji Ramsan. Terrorists hiding in the Haj House were on
daily conversation with Kashmir terrorists and intelligence agencies have
recorded the conversation. In March, just before Holy festival of Hindus when
Islamic terrorists targeted sacred place of Hindus Varanasi killing more than
two dozen people, UP STF arrested one Imam of Phulpur of Allahabad in connection
to Varansi twin blasts. Imam Waliullah of Phulpur was charged of giving support
and shelter to terrorists who executed this nefarious plan. On tip off of
Imam Waliullah J&K police in a joint operation with UP police killed one
Zubair (a madrasa teacher in Baghpat district of western Uttar Pradesh) in
an encounter who was later declared mastermind of Varanasi blasts. These three
instances have significant importance, because they break the taboo of Indian
secularists, Islamic apologists that local Indian Muslims are not part of
global jehad. When Islamic terrorism has become the gravest threat to humanity
and civilised world it is rather discouraging to see the response of Indian
government and political parties in comparison to gravity of situation. India
is the best sufferer of Islamic terrorism but still our political establishment
is behaving like an ostrich and rather than searching out real cause of this
plague it is more busy in calculating vote bank politics.
