In one of the biggest land fraud in the State
a plantation company Harrisons Malayalam Ltd had sold the Government forest
land of 3.500 acres to the most infamous Pentecost Missionary gospel for Asia,
based in US ran by a fanatic K P Yohanan.
The Kerala high court on Friday directed the
State government to decide within a month on a complaint a PIL filed by advocate
P R Harikumar.The land was leased to the company for 99 years and the lease
would be end in 2010.
The government had ordered to set up a high-level
committee to probe the issue, no action had been taken till to date, Thanks
to the active influence of Christian Pressure group in the state.
Encroachers had already selling the trees
in the land and exploiting the forest resources. The High court Bench directed
the government to look into the issue and take a decision after hearing all
concerned.
Haindavakeralam had alerted the state and
public about this shady deal to encircle the land around Sabarimala by this
Evangelist one year back, Unfortunately No action had taken yet and we appreciate
the efforts of Shri P. R. Harikumar who took the bold step to file a PIL against
this Pentacost giant from US who is busy in converting the gullible Hindus
to a fraudulent faith with the help of US dollars.
