Upa & Mh Govt's Human Rights Violation
& Discrimination Based On Religion Exposed In The Court*
Today when 8 Hindus (Whom Mumbai ATS has been
politically framing in various blasts cases as accused) were presented before
the Hon. Nasik court, one of the accused- a retired senior Army man had to
request the Hon. Court to kindly help stop Human Rights Violation by ATS.
He complained that he was not allowed to either get any legal help nor was
he allowed to meet his relatives. In front of everyone present, the *Hon.
Court** ordered that that was a total Human Rights Violation & all accused
must not be prevented from meeting their lawyers & that it was their fundamental
right which was getting violated. The Hon. Court also ordered that the accused
must also be allowed to meet their relatives & that the ATS & Jail
Authorities must cooperate in that. *
1. When, to save the nation, the police or
Army kill or even arrest anyone in Kashmir, the Govt puts the Police &
Army in jail under Human Rights Violations based on false allegations by the
arrested or their families.
2. No body of Kwaja Yunus has been yet found
& the Govt has charge sheeted brave policemen in Mumbai for murder just
to please Yunus's community
3. Instead of saluting the brave PI Sharma
who died in Delhi, the Govt & its allies not only demand judicial enquiry
into the daring capture of jehadis by police but also distribute legal aid
finance to the jehadis.
4. ATS has been purposely misleading media,
Hon. Court & the nation by implicating the so called accused in many blasts
only because they are Hindus. So much so that now even the common people whom
we meet in the streets have started saying that the Mumbai ATS will even go
to New York to convince the new American President Barak Hussein Obama that
the same accused have even done 9/11 attack & then will go to UK to say
that even the London train blasts were done by the same people. Then they
may even go to Pakistan to convince that even the 1947 partition of India
was also done by the same Sadhvi, Mahant & Army men!
5. Mumbai ATS being politically motivated
even forgets that there are other state departments, central govt foreign
affairs departments & many other Forensic Labs who have investigated earlier
blasts like Samzauta Express or Hyderabad blasts & have certain conclusions,
based on which Govt of India had sent proof of Pak hand in those terror blasts!
6. Now the govt of India has to decide if
they want to face international shame withdrawing true letter sent to Pakistan
just for votes here in India.
7. The same govt gives pension to the Jehadis
& the families of Jehadis killed by police & Army in an encounter
when those jehadis had attacked India's security! The same govt is not even
allowing the accused at Nasik to get legal help which the accused themselves
are paying!
8. This is not just the Human Rights Violation
but also THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACT OF DISCRIMINATION BASED ON RELIGION UNDER
FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN THE CONSTITUTION & THE SUPREME COURT MUST TAKE ACTION
AGAINST THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DOING IT VEHEMENTLY WITHOUT ANY FEAR.
Therefore, VHP, as announced earlier will
intensify its agitation all India supported by Sadhu-Sants, Rtd Army Men &
Hindu Organisations through Sadhu Sants' Samelans, Rallies & Dharnas by
all, Hawans by ladies, E-mail & SMS campaigns to make India & the
world aware of the tyranny meted out to Hindus by various governments to please
minorities for votes.
